Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
